To Capture this image, I took a tooth chattering hike within the 400ft towering walls of Taughannock Gorge in Trumansburg, NY. Blue Taughannock is the result of a bitter cold Finger Lakes winter with weeks of subzero degree temperatures. Taughannock Falls is a whopping 215 ft tall (33 ft taller than Niagara Falls!) This was a (cold) joy to capture in what felt like a trip to another world!
